The short version: this site collects as little as possible, asks before it stores anything from the assessment, and never sells or shares your data.

Reading the papers

You can read everything on this site without giving any personal information. We do not require a login or an account.

The assessment

The assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are scored on your own device, and your result is shown to you there. Downloading your result as a PDF happens in your browser; the PDF is not sent to us or to anyone else.

We store your answers only if you tick the opt-in box on the assessment. If you do, we keep an anonymized record: your ten answers and your five element scores, with no name, no email, and no identifier of any kind, and we do not log your IP address against it. We use this only to see aggregate patterns (for example, which of the five most teams find hardest) and to improve the framework. If you do not tick the box, nothing from your assessment is stored.

Your email, if you give it

The email field on the result page is optional. If you enter your email, we use it only to send you the one-page framework and future papers, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Your email is stored separately from the anonymized assessment answers and is never joined to them, so the assessment data stays anonymous. We do not sell or share your email.

Your rights

If you gave us your email, you can ask us to show you what we hold or to delete it, at any time, via amirelion.com. The anonymized assessment data cannot be traced back to you, so it cannot be individually retrieved or deleted.
