This program is that working session, built for the executive team rather than the engineering team.
A day, roughly
Morning, understand and experience. What genuinely counts as an AI agent and where it beats ordinary automation. A live look at agents doing real work. The failure modes: permissions, security, and the drift that shows up after the demo.
Afternoon, apply and commit. Map three end-to-end workflows from your own organization. Score them by value, feasibility, and risk. Design one human-agent operating model. Choose a 30-day pilot with an accountable executive sponsor.

Who runs it
Amir Elion is CEO of Think Big Leaders and the former AWS Nordics Digital Innovation lead. He has helped leadership teams at Novo Nordisk, Volvo Group, KONE, Knowit, and HID Global put AI to work, and holds the AI Thematic Lead role at Innovationsledarna, the Swedish Innovation Leaders Association. How long is it?
A full day works best for a single leadership team going from interest to action. A half-day version focuses on mapping opportunities and the operating model. A 60-90 minute executive briefing is available when you only need the shared mental model.

Both. Amir is based in Stockholm, so in-person sessions across Sweden and the Nordics are straightforward, and remote sessions run for distributed leadership teams and international audiences.
